  • 7:30 PM – Kodiyettam (Flag Ceremony – Beginning of 2022 Festival) & Fireworks
  • 8:30 PM – Bhaktiganangal (Devotional Songs by Mohandas & Team)
  • 10:00 PM – Kodipurattu Vilakke (Procession with one elephant around the temple/ Flag pooja)

Devi Kalam

  • 8:00 AM – Special Shively  – Special Pooja accompanied by:
    • Nadhaswaram (Double reed flute) performed by Sri Thirippur Devarajan & Team
    • Chenda Melam – Performance lead by Kelathe Aravindashan Marar & Team
  • 5:30 PM – Pakal Pooram – Procession with one elephant at the main temple gopuram accompanied by:
    • Major Set Panjavadyam (Orchestra performance with synchronized rhythm played on 5 traditional instruments each with 5-8 performers) *** Due to COVID19 safety protocols, #performers may be limited.
      • Performed by Kunishery Aniyan Marar & Team
  • 10:00 PM – Thalappoli Ezunnalippu (Procession at the temple with three elephants and Chenda performance)
  • 11:00 PM – Kalamezhuthum Pattum (A ritual art where the image of Devi is drawn with natural color powders. A traditional folksong, pooja, and processions are conducted as part of the ritual.) Performed by Sri Sreenivasan & Team.

Devi Kalam

  • 8:00 AM – Special Shively  – Special Pooja accompanied by:
    • Nadhaswaram (Double reed flute) performed by Sri Thirippur Devarajan & Team
    • Chenda Melam – Performance lead by Cheranallur Shankarankuttapan Marar & Team
  • 5:30 PM – Pakal Pooram – Procession with one elephant at the main temple gopuram accompanied by:
    • Major Set Panjavadyam (Orchestra performance with synchronized rhythm played on 5 traditional instruments each with 5-8 performers) *** Due to COVID19 safety protocols, #performers may be limited.
      • Performed by Chottanikara Subhash Raman & Team
  • 10:00 PM – Thalappoli Ezunnalippu (Procession at the temple with three elephants and Chenda performance)
